Frequently Asked Questions

  • We do recommend grip socks, howver you do not need to wear FUNZY-branded socks, normal socks will also suffice.

  • You should arrive aorund 10 minutes before the party slot you have booked.

  • A link will be sent to you via email, or you can settle the remaining balance when you arrive at FUNZY.

  • Yes, the birthday child is counted in the number of people booked.

  • Email bradford@funzy.co.uk with your booking ID and the changes you require, this will be changed and updated on the system for you.

  • Yes, we cater to a range of different dietary requirements.
